THE WEEK AHEAD

  • It will be a week of repercussions in the Media and in political circles due to the appeal lodged by the Ministry of the Environment against the resolution that granted the precautionary measure and the rejection of the request for the recusal of Federal Judge Martin from the case.
  • Regarding the technical visit to be carried out by the Equinor team, we will pay special attention to any possible repercussions in the Media. 
  • It will be a week of repercussions in the Media following the presentation in the case by Equinor and YPF, requesting the appeal of the judicial measure. This could possibly be linked to the convocations of environmental organisations in Mar del Plata

THE PAST WEEK

  • We have been in touch with Kicillof´s close adviser in order to manage the date of his possible trip to Norway.
  • We presented a Political and Reputational risk assessment for Mar del Plata, Bahia Blanca and Necochea in relation to the technical trip that will take place.
  • We analysed about the repercussions of the last week that emerged around the court decision to grant the injunction which temporarily suspends the explorations and the positions of certain stakeholders who spoke out in favour of the project.
  • It will be a week of repercussions in the Media following the presentation in the case by Equinor and YPF, requesting the appeal of the judicial measure. This could possibly be linked to the convocations of environmental organisations in Mar del Plata
